Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your AstroBodha profile and associated data at any time. This page explains what is removed and how to submit a request.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, your saved kundalis, cloud sync data, and reading history cannot be recovered. You may create a new account later, but previous data will not be restored.

What we delete

When your deletion request is processed, we remove the following from our systems:

  • Your account (email or Google Sign-In profile)
  • Saved kundalis and birth chart data in the cloud
  • Synced app settings and primary chart selection
  • AI astrologer chat history tied to your account
  • Daily insights and usage data linked to your user ID

Data stored only on your device (local app storage) should be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your phone settings.

How to request deletion

Step 1

Send a deletion request

Email us from the same address you use to sign in to AstroBodha. Use the button below — it opens your email app with a pre-filled template.

Step 2

We verify your identity

Our team confirms the request matches your account to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.

Step 3

Account removed

We delete your Firebase account, cloud charts, and related data. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Submit your request

Tap below to email support@astrobodha.com with a ready-made deletion request. Please send from the email linked to your AstroBodha account.

Request account deletion

We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed. For urgent requests, mention “Urgent” in your email subject line.
